Description: Seven 10-acre tracts, with deeded easement, that sit along the northern border of Robbers Cave Wildlife Management Area (WMA). A small slice of the San Bois Mountains that gives you access to over 6,000+ acres of forest to hunt. These tracts also border 600+ acres of seldom used public hunting land, that is portioned off from the rest of the WMA. These tracts are all timber with gentle slopes in most areas with your occasional seasonal creek or hillside drainage ravine. Pines trees make up a small majority of the timber with nut bearing hardwood trees mixed in. The terrain is everything you would expect from our gorgeous corner of Oklahoma, which adds to the quality of habitat that our wildlife enjoys.

These hills are known for the large white-tailed bucks they hide as well as the elusive Eastern turkey that strut through the scattered pines. The San Bois Mts. also offer sportsmen a chance at harvesting a black bear, a privilege that many other hunting properties throughout the state/country cannot offer. Feral hogs, coyotes, bobcats, etc. make up the rest of the assorted game you will encounter.

Brokers Note: There is a small percentage of property in this country that lets a hunter have this much access to public hunting land while also having a piece to call their own.
