A sportsman paradise centrally located between Lake Livingston and the piney woods. This area is known for growing trophy bucks with several Boone and Crockett deer shot in the area. There is a good stand of older pine plantation on the property with good terrain and drainage on the property. There is a man made duck habitat that was built to enhance ducks on the property that is specifically located to offer some of the best duck hunting in the area.
