WATER/STREAMS: 1 ponds, stream/drainage
COMMENTS: A very well located tract with great access. The potential for development into pasture exists for someone willing to put in the work as the soils and terrain are very conducive to improvement. Wildlife habitat is also very good due to the location to the Poteau River to the south and lack of development toward that area. A contiguous additional 80 acres available.
