Location, Location, Location is one of the ingredients to the success of this Lake City restaurant along with its great southern and barbeque cuisine. Southern Vittles Restaurant is in the center of Lake City, next to the town park, library and shopping. The restaurant is right in the path of the famous alpine loop, with a lot of traffic coming right off the mountain and just a half block off state highway 149, creating a prime location. The restaurant seats 42 comfortably inside and an additional 26 on the outside deck. Above the restaurant is a comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. The main floor has a dedicated laundry room, guest bedroom, guest bathroom, open living and kitchen and master bedroom with en-suite. On the top floor two additional bedrooms are currently being added.
