IRRIGATION EQUIPMENT AND SOILS

The irrigation pump was converted to electric power in 2015. The pivot irrigation system is a (8) tower Pierce with a 125 hp US Electric motor installed in 2015 and Sargent irrigation pump.

Registered NE Irrigation well G-062146 with 138.7 Upper Republican NRD certified irrigated acres was drilled 1979 to 415. This well is currently pooled with other wells of the Seller. The well will be removed from the pool prior to closing.
