South Creek Pasture

The south creek pasture is an approximate 135 acres (exact size to be determined by survey)tract of heavily wooded hill country land. It is traversed from one end to the other by a meandering creek. The property has lots of hardwood trees including elm, oak and pecans as well as area of cedars. Soils range from sandy loam to caliche. The property includes a small frame house with a metal roof.
