This parcel is about 37 miles outside of Winnemucca and takes about an hour to arrive there. You travel 23 miles on State Road 49 and then the rest on dirt roads. It takes about 1 hour to get there from Winnemucca. Navigation directs you around some irrigated farm land before you get to the roads that take you to the property.
There is no established road around the farm land so you have to follow the fence line. Taking this route will lead you to a dirt road in the center of the north side of the farm property.

A 4wd high profile vehicle is required to take this route. I believe there are some roads further east that might lead to the property on better roads. The property is fairly easily accessed. There is one BLM gate that you need to cross. It is easy to open and close.
The dirt road leads to the East of the property.
The land is sandy soil and so it would be easy to clear a road right to the property. There is a lot of prairie grass and sage brush in the area and trees are sparce. I saw rabbits, badgers, lizards and birds. There were also some big black crickets. There were a lot of tracks in the sand around the property and several burrows. I saw scatt as well.
This property is very secluded. There are small hills throughout the property. The closest homes are about 1.5 miles away to the south. There looks to be 3 separate properties there. One property has trees and other green areas. There are several windmills around the area, so I think there may be water that is fairly accessible. There are beautiful views of mountains all around.
