This quarter of Chautauqua County ground is very solid hunting, secluded from any roads, and lots of timber cover. The NE section of the property has a very deep ravine that runs through a good portion of the north half and a solid stretch of Otter Creek. The creek has rock bottom and has flowing water even in the driest times of the ’23 summer season when rainfall was limited. The area along the creek has several varieties of oak and other large mature trees.
