Smith Lake Recreation and Timber Property

This recreation and timber tract is made up of approximately 70 acres of scattered large pine and hardwood timber with rolling hills and lies less than a quarter of a mile from the shoreline of Smith Lake. Outdoors men will enjoy chasing white tail deer and turkeys or fishing the lake for year round recreation opportunities. The property surrounds a 40 acre parcel of the Bankhead National Forest, providing additional acreage for hunting with limited access to the general public.
