The water is a little thin in this area for irrigation, so you can expect to need several wells tied together to be able to run a pivot. Estimated cost for drilling three wells, pumps, pipe, and new center pivot would be around $85K. If you wanted to leave keep the land as a dry land farm, coastal bermuda would do very well here.
