Smaller hunting piece with good access

This 40 has so many things going for it I am not sure where to begin. First and foremost, if you are looking for a smaller hunting piece with good access then you just found it!! The thick brushy draws and travel ways make for great pinpoints for the bowhunter and there are some knobs that would be great for a box blind for the rifle hunter. Plenty of ideal locations for food plots with lots of row crop to the north and west. The meandering creek bottom provides a natural travel-way for deer and a great place to roost the long beards.
