The north 1/3 section is mostly terraced pastureland. Terraced wheat fields (which are sparse in the area) and the abundance of water are a significant attraction for the local mule deer population. TPWD issues additional antlerless mule deer tags to the land owners. White tail deer are also in the area. There is an abundance of ducks often seen on the stock ponds. Dove hunting is superb, and the property has great habitat for quail and turkey. Sandhill Crane are also known to visit the area. The property also is great for hog hunting.
Utilities/Fencing
Electric lines run on the north boundary of the north parcel on CR 128 and partially down the west boundary of the north parcel. The south section has good 5 strand barbed wired perimeter fencing, along with good barbed wire cross fencing.
