Century Link provides internet service at its maximum speed because this home is the first home on the Hub. The home heating system and hot water heater is fueled by propane. There are three power meters on the property. One near the well (this meter is not currently in use), one for the arena building and multi-purpose building, and one for the home. 400 amps of power run to the barn with 200 amps running from the barn to the multi-purpose building. The home is wired for a generator.
Arena Building
The arena building is 116X180 steel frame construction. The arena is 80X180 with lighting, has sand/sawdust footing and a sprinkler system for dry summer days. There are 16 12X12 matted stalls with auto-waterers in the arena building, with the potential for more. The aisle-way is concrete and is 12 feet wide. There is a hot/cold wash rack. There is a bathroom in the facility that is on its own septic system. Currently hay and shavings are being stored in the barn.
Pasture
There are currently 4 large pastures and 7 small turnouts measuring 30X60. There is a nice flat spot for a small outdoor arena behind the multi-purpose building.
Multi-Purpose Building
So many possibilities here. This building is currently being used for a fiber mill. The fiber mill equipment seen in the photos has been sold and will be removed soon. This building is 30X60 feet on 2X6 construction on a foundation with footing. The building is fully insulated with three standard garage doors. It is complete with internet and cable for a camera system. There are 220 outlets on many of the walls with 200 amp service to the building. There is also a full loft. There are two gas hot water heaters operated by a propane tank that sits in the back of the building.
