The kitchen has two sinks, refrigerators, and is set up for numerous guests. Also, has an older rock home, the family home, built in the 30's that would make a great guest home.
Hunting: Whitetail deer, dove, turkey, and feral hogs, and varmint hunting make this a great place for the avid hunter.. There are several areas of former cultivation currently in grasses which could be used for game food plots, and the areas of native trees and brush provide browse and cover. In addition, Simms Creek provides an excellent natural corridor for wildlife. There has been very little hunting pressure on this ranch.
