Shoe Bar Ranch

The Shoe Bar Ranch is all native pasture and located in an area with proven reserves of frac quality sand. The Monahans Sandhills are found on the western side of the ranch. The Colorado River Municipal Water District water line extends through the central part of the ranch. Three Santa Rosa Aquifer wells are located in the northwest corner of the ranch in the sand hills. Wheeler Road fronts the northwest corner of the ranch. The south boundary is fronted by railroad along IH-20 for approximately 5 miles. A title commitment, property boundary survey, environmental survey, water well test information and soil bore tests are available upon request and after the execution of a confidentiality agreement.
