LOCATION: 7 miles East of Roby, TX, 45 miles NW of Abilene and 200 miles West of Ft.Worth.

They are some of the best, if not THE BEST, deer habitat in Texas. 150+ class deer that weigh up to 250 plus lbs. are not uncommon. Their genetics are the result of a cross between Canadian, Kansas and South Texas whitetails. The buck to doe ratio is very good. Other game includes: turkey, quail, dove, hogs, and coyotes. The property is approximately 2 miles long and about 1400 yards wide at the widest point. It is surrounded by several thousand acres of very good habitat with little hunting pressure.
