Infrastructure:  The ranch also features a grass airstrip, two barns (60’ X 40’ and 60’ X 30’), two sheds (100’ X 12’ and 20’ X 10’), three sets of steel working pens, and three overhead feed bins.  The working facility at the headquarters has pot and ground load capability. 

Main Home:  A very nice 3 bed, 2 bath home sits on a knoll overlooking the private 3.5 acre lake, and rolling pastures.  Built in 1994, the stone and log sided home is beautifully landscaped, and sports granite counter tops, wood flooring, granite shower in the master and many, many, impressive amenities (See complete Upgrades and Amenities List).

Guest Quarters:  A 40’ X 76’ shop with a 1200' quest quarters features CH/A, living area, ¾ Bath with shower, bar, large storage room, and porch with ceiling fans.  The Red Iron constructed shop also has two overhead doors, 220 electric, and air compressor lines.

Water:  Over 2 miles of spring fed creeks run through the ranch, combined with the 11 ponds, provide an abundant water supply to livestock and wildlife.  The lake features a large fountain, fishing dock and is stocked with Bass and Bluegill.

Wildlife:  The combination of mature forests ample water supply provides an opportunity for exceptional hunting experiences.  Whitetail deer, dove, turkey, squirrels, quail, and many other varieties of wildlife inhabit the ranch.  You may see an occasional Bobcat or other reclusive animal as well.  The hunting also offers the possibility of additional income from hunting leases.
