Shiloh Church East Tract

Shiloh Church East Tract is located between Carrollton and Newnan in southern Carroll County. This tract offers an estate home site or small recreational tract with direct frontage on the Chattahoochee River. A newly installed gate leads to an improved road system that provides access throughout the tract and to over 550 feet of prime Chattahoochee River frontage. The tract is a mix of thinned pine plantations and natural hardwoods that provide a varying habitat for both deer and turkey.
