Sheridan Tract 2

Sheridan Tract 2 is located just east of Sheridan, approximately 30 miles south of Little Rock and 20 miles west of Pine Bluff in Central Grant County, Arkansas. Hurricane Creek passes through the property with numerous smaller creeks feeding it throughout the property. The tract is a mix of varying ages of pine plantations and bottomland hardwood providing near term and long-term income potential as well as a varying habitat for wildlife.
