There are 4 water wells on the property - one is being used to supply water to the Barndominium, bunk house
and RV service hookups; the second one is currently set up to water row crops with and the remaining two
wells need to be checked but have the potential to be tied in with the active wells to service a Center pivot or

2017-2018 Oregon Tilth Organic Certification:
Organic certification of farmland that produces crops to be marketed as organic must have an annual
inspection and must not have had any prohibited labeled substance applied within three years of application
date. The certification to acquire and maintain Organic status has very strict guidelines that must be adhered to
to keep certification legitimate.
Minerals and Taxes:
2018 Taxes were $145.75. Seller is willing to convey all owned minerals, wind and water with acceptable
