SEQ Tract 1020

This timberland tract is full of potential, beauty and is located on Highway 285 in Bledsoe County. The topography in gently to moderately sloped with three perennial creeks within the tract and is bounded by Doe Creek. Doe creek is a very large beautiful waterway which averages about 20-30 feet wide. SEQ Tract 1020 could potentially be subdivided into two parcels using one of the perennial creeks. There is 173 acres of pine plantation which are 13 years old and will be merchantable in a few years. Included in the tract is timber inventory which estimates 5,200 tons of pine products on the yet to be merchantable pine stand. Deed Restrictions are Negotiable.
