Water: The property has excellent water availability deriving from two (2)sources. The property has three (3) wells that combined will produce up to 4,500 gallons per minute. One of the wells was drilled in 2016 and test pumped up to 3,000 gallons per minute and is designed to deliver 2,400 gallons per minute at 45 psi. All of the wells have brand new electric motors, new pressure bowles and new VFD panels. The property is also in the Yolo Flood Control District and has a district delivery ditch which lies on the north boundary. Water is delivered to the trees by micro sprinklers and a double drip line system.
