This 1,120 acre farm/ranch is located in the southeast part of Union County, New Mexico with excellent access off of paved New Mexico Highway #421 (Texas Highway #102) approximately 2 miles west of the Texas/New Mexico State Line to the southeast corner of the property located on the north side of the Highway with one mile of paved highway frontage. The property has a quarter section of improved grass and six circles equipped with Reinke mile pivot sprinklers erected in the mid 1990s, six irrigation wells, three of which are all tied together with underground pipe on each of the respective north and south irrigated circles with all wells equipped with submersible electric motors, pumps and control panels to supply water to the sprinklers.
