This farm is located in the northern part of the county and just south of Chauncey. To access the farm there is a 16’ deeded easement off of 1700 N, which is a gravel road that runs east and west. This farm sits in the middle or roughly +/-900 acres of timber and everything traveling through the area would almost have to pass through this farm. The property is all wooded and has a couple slough areas that typically hold some waterfowl during the spring and fall. The rest is a nice mixture of big and small hardwoods.
