Secluded timber parcel buffered by a 7 to 8-year-old clear cut to the east that holds very large deer numbers as well as all private land all the way around it.the deer sign was remarkable in this timber with old rubs and scrapes everywhere from this past rut. There is also a large natural mineral deposit that the deer herd visits daily as it is torn up in March indicating current use it is approximately 25 ft x 20 ft and in some spots dented several inches from use. The largest deer in the pictures was harvested at this site last year, and several others were on trail cameras that appeared to be 4-5 yrs old. There is also a very good turkey population here. I saw four mature toms while walking the property as well as four hens together in another area from the gobblers. There is a very nice 30 ft camper fully equipped with water, heat and a/c that sleeps six that is included. The unit also has a full kitchen stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Two large newer storage building are located on the property to handle storage of stands, four-wheelers, and hunting gear.
