There is an old cabin located at the front of the property, and there are several trails that take you from the cabin throughout much of the property. The trails also take you past several box stands that are located in known buck travel corridors. There are nice wide shooting lanes at each box stand, providing hunters plenty of chances to get shot opportunities. The land also borders several hundred acres of public land. The public land has the Kettle River running along its eastern boundary. There are some very beautiful timbered ridges along the banks of the Kettle River with lots of mature oak and maple trees. The Soo Line Trails also runs through the property, providing for hours of ATV/snowmobiling enjoyment. The property offers great hunting for deer, bear, turkey as well as upland game.
