The wildlife on the ranch includes Whitetail Deer, Dove, Bobwhite Quail, and Hogs as well as your typical native wildlife.
Terrain:
Scenic Hills Ranch offers a very diverse terrain that is very noticeable as you drive through the ranch. The front pasture of the ranch, which consists of 87+/- acres, is currently being utilized as a cultivated field and is typically planted with either Maize or Cotton. The middle pasture of the property, 180+/- acres, is covered in a mixture of oak trees and underbrush with lots of elevation changes, from two large hilltops to a low drainage that feeds a pond. The two hilltops offer beautiful long views and would make for a great homesite. The bottom part of the ranch has two more small pastures that slope to the East towards the BMA Canal.
