Sandy Creek Tract

Sandy Creek Tract is located east of Geneva in Geneva County. This tract can be accessed from the north via Goat Hill Road and from the south via Stephens Ferry Road. The property predominately consists of intensively managed 11 year old planted pine with the balance in hardwood. As the name suggests, Sandy Creek does flow through the southern portion of the tract. This tract is an excellent recreation/timber investment property.
