Sand Hill WRP Tract

This is an outstanding hunting tract conveniently located just outside of Des Arc.

For the deer, there's cover that's currently between 3-6' high and perfect for a bedding area. Surrounded by ag fields, this is a prime location for deer hunting.

For the duck, there are multiple moist soil units, ponds, with flood control structures in place to hold waterfowl during season. There is also good cover on the islands in the moist soil units.

From Des Arc go east down Hwy. 38 for 2.6 miles. Turn right, south, onto Hwy. 33 and the property will be on your left, east, side of the road. This property has great access with paved road frontage on Hwy. 33, and is just 10 miles north of I-40.
