Sallee Farm

The Sallee farm is 198 acres land with 85.6 acres of irrigated lands utilizing senior water rights. The farm is located in Arrey, New Mexico within the extremely fertile Middle Rio Grande Valley. Arrey and the surrounding area have strong farming and ranching heritage dating back to the 1890's. Complimenting the 85.6 irrigated acres is another 112.4 acres of dry land with several ideal building and development sites. A large well and water storage area are still in place where additional acreage has been historically irrigated. This portion of the farm has potential for many uses including future irrigation and crop production.
