Wildlife: With larger low fence neighbors, including some irrigated farms, this supplies the native wildlife with abundant food. The ranch offers steady numbers of whitetail, axis, dove, turkey, and hogs. The river bottom provides an ample amount of food and water to keep nature grounded on the ranch.

Improvements: Stepping back in time, this ranch has a 2100 sqft rock house constructed between 1875 and 1876. The foundation stones surfaces were cut to capture the Jerusalem Stone effect, shadowing between morning and evening sun. Some of the most notable people who lived here include Ettie (Rheiner) Garner. From the prominent fireplace to the high ceilings, this house has certainly stood the test of time. Located near the houses vicinity are set of cattle working pens. There are also several barns: a three-bay metal barn, two bay metal barn and a smaller enclosed barn. The water is supplied by a well.

Vegetation: Throughout the ranch, youll find a nice south Texas mix of vegetation like Mesquite trees, Huisache trees, larger mature oak trees, and different brush species. Lining the river are large cypress, pecan, and oak trees.
