The tract is split 41 acres on the western side and 18 acres on the eastern side of Cemetery Road. The timber was cut 10 - 12 years ago and replanted with loblolly pine. The soil on the property is sandy loam which makes it great for commercially growing loblolly pine. There are 2 small ponds located on the eastern side of Cemetery Road.
