Rum Creek Farm is a two house breeder farm currently contracted with Wayne Farms. This farm is located in Covington County, Alabama near Wing. The farm has 13+/- acres with a wooded lot for a mobile home. There is a newer breeder farm and has historically performed well. This farm has egg cooler rooms built in the Egg collection room. This farm has no known updates at this time.
The poultry houses are all 42500 two were built in 2018 and currently growing the 5th flock of birds. The farm has the following equipment:

Rum Creek Farm is a bio secure farm. No visitors are allowed on the farm unless a PoultrySouth Team Member is present. All showings must have at least a 72 hour notice that is approved by the seller. All visitors to the farm must prove a down payment capability of at least $150,000.00 or more before a visit can be set up.
