Royal Springs Park is a 5 acre County park located in the Suwannee Belle Estates, near OBrien, FL. The large spring is popular spot for swimmers and divers. There are four overlook decks located around the spring and rivers edge as well as many picnic tables and open grassy areas to play. The park also features a very nice one lane, concrete boat ramp. There are also portable restrooms available at this park.

Royal Springs Equestrian Estates you will find beautiful five acre estates located in a private gated community. The properties are mostly cleared in pasture grass making the land ideal for horses. Each property has ample paved road frontage and electricity is available to front of each parcel. There is no requirement or timetable to build. However when you decide to build it must be 1,500 square feet or larger. No mobile homes are permitted. There are already several families living at Royal Springs Equestrian Estates. Horses, cows, dogs, cats, and other household pets are permitted.
