This is a much nicer property than what it looks like from the road. It has been improved with 2 pads, a smaller lower pad for a shop or barn, and a much larger elevated pad at the top of the hill for a future homesite. This larger pad has a great view of the surrounding mountains and is accessed by a graveled drive from road. The pad is easily large enough for a home, outbuildings, and a garden area. This is a property that enjoys total seclusion from the neighbors and offers a terrific natural privacy that provides a real sense of serenity. This is a place where you truly can get away from hectic pace of urban living. Any negatives? Location is at the far eastern edge of Squaw Valley, so commute time to the valley is a bit longer, but still under an hour. The pad and drive are a bit overgrown with vegetation since being constructed, but nothing very severe.

This is a very nice property with a great natural feel that offers terrific privacy. A great place to commune with nature. The seller is willing to consider carrying paper for a qualified buyer with an acceptable down payment. Come take a look.
