Just off the house is the five stall horse barn. This building features concrete floors, five stalls, half bath, tack room, and wash room.The equipment barn is also floored with concrete and contains an efficiency apartment for guests or employees. Water is plentiful on the Rocking C, with two water wells. One provides water for the troughs and supplements a tank, while the other supplies the house and improvements. Two earthen tanks offer water to the wildlife and livestock.The Rocking C Ranch is a great example of what responsible land stewardship will produce.

IMPROVEMENTS:

The Main house is a 3 bed 2 bath with open floor plan. The horse barn is approximately 50'x 60' complete with 5 stalls, wash room, tack room and bathroom. The equipment barn is approximately 45' x 90' with a 12' x 90' covered lean-to on the East and West side. Inside the equipment barn is a nicely finished out efficiency apartment.

WATER:

There are 2 water wells on the ranch. One supplies water to the residence and barns, while the other well is used to supply water to troughs and supplement one of the tanks. Two earthen tanks provide water for livestock and wildlife.
