TERRAIN AND VEGATATION: The Rockin E Ranch is mostly composed of good country with native grass species such as blue and black grama and tabosa grass. The north pasture has juniper trees and runs to the breaks of the caprock that provide good protection for livestock in the winter.

This ranch is a great combination of draw, breaks with light tree coverage, valleys, along with open range.

WATER: The water is shallow and very good drinking water and has maintained 52 head year round. Five solar well along with four dirt tanks that hold water year round have supplied water for the cattle.
