LOCATION: Located in Latimer County, Southeast Oklahoma. Less than 4 hours From DFW, 2 hours from Tulsa, and just over an hour drive from Ft. Smith, Ark.. Approximately 4.5 miles west of Bengal, a small rural mountain community located between Red Oak and Talihina on SH 82 on the north slopes of the Winding Stair Mountains. Considered very remote, few neighbors. There are numerous lakes in the area including Wister, Cedar, Kerr, Eufaula, Tenkiller and Broken Bow, as well as being just north of the Ouachita National Forest.

SITE: 50 acres m/l of wooded property. Nice terrain diversification dropping from the ridge down to the rich bottomland just waiting for the food plots to be developed. The flat rises back out on the southwest, the end point off of an almost 160 rise to the adjoining property to the west. This would offer a natural game path to the bottoms. Two drainage systems cross the property, both Long Creek as well as South Long Creek, adjoining just east of this property. Long Creek is a major year round stream. The site offers excellent wildlife habitat and areas for food plots and stands .

WILDLIFE: Excellent area for whitetail deer, eastern wild turkey, black bear(one of four legal counties in Oklahoma), wild hog and various small game. Fishing on the property on Long Creek as well as close being proximity to several area lakes.
WATER: Long Creek crosses the property. This is a significant draining out of the mountain area to the west. Year round water. Also has South Long Creek, a lesser wet weather drainage from the south.
