Redbud Creek Black Prairie Farm

This is one of three parcels which are part of one of the largest Black Prairie farms in Mississippi and Alabama. More than 85% of this farm is under cultivation. It is easily accessible from Hwy 45-Alt and has a half mile of frontage on County Road 173. This farm's fertile soils consistently produce high yields of corn and/or soybeans. It has a 30' x 80' shed with 16' tall roof. A camp house is located next to the shed. Forty acres of mature hardwood timber provide excellent deer hunting.

From Okolona, go 5 miles South on Hwy 245 to Hwy 45-Alt: then go South on Hwy 45-Alt 4.5 miles to CR 179 (Old Houston Rd.); turn right and go one mile and take left continuing on CR 179; go one mile to CR 173; turn right (West) and go 0.7 miles to the property gate on right. From West Point, go North on Hwy 45-Alt 16 miles to Hwy 8; go west on Hwy 8 1.5 miles to Cr 179; turn right and go one mile to CR 173; turn left and go 0.7 miles to the property gate on right.
