The rolling topography also could be operated as a cattle ranch, as it is fully fenced, cross fenced, and has irrigation available. For avid fishermen, the waters of Bear Lake are located a mere 24 miles from the cabin. Besides trophy fishing opportunities the lake presents recreational activities such as jet skiing, rafting, kayaking, sail boating, water skiing, atv riding, biking, hiking, and horseback riding.
