The High Cliff property consists of 5,160 acres located in Campbell County, Tennessee. The property borders the town of Jellico to the west with the northern most border being the Kentucky/Tennessee state line. The highest ridge on the property is 2,140 feet in elevation towering more than 1,000 over the town of Jellico below.

High Cliff has many unique features including a natural rock arch, several caves and an abundance of creeks and streams. The property is teeming with wildlife, including deer, turkey, black bear and elk. It is not uncommon for quail to run across the path when hiking around the many trails. Miles of 4x4 roads are in place making the property an avid outdoorsmans dream.
