Water: The houses are supplied by a water well which also runs water to a couple water troughs for the wildlife. There are two smaller tanks on the property, with one holding very well at the bottom of the ridge and the other tank needing some work to hold water but would serve a great purpose for more water distribution if it was lined.

Wildlife: The wildlife on the ranch consists of whitetail deer, dove, turkey, hogs, foxes, bobcats, coyotes and the occasion axis. The deer and dove are plentiful with the access to water and the feeders spread across the ranch.
