REMARKS: Rancho Buena Vistas rugged Mountains and long canyons make for exceptional hunting terrain. On a recent trip, both horseback in the mountains and in a mule (ATV) in the canyons, we saw upwards of 75-80 aoudad in one day with at least 10 trophy rams. The ranch is a little less than an hour from El Paso and around 3 hours from Midland/Odessa. Taxes are a little over 11/acre. Priced to sell at $290/acre.
