Builder on-site and a new home is currently under construction as shown in the floor plan. The structural options are finalized, but depending on the level of completion when purchased, some design and/or plan options could be available to be selected. You can either choose the site under construction or choose a new lot, work with the builder, and construct your dream home from start to finish.
