Ranches 80 (44a) and 83 (32a) are being advertised together, but can be purchased separately. Ranch 80 is a truly magical parcel, its heavily wooded landscape and diverse topography give it a unique and hard to find sense of character. Not to mention the spring located within the valley creates the potential for a 2 acre tank. There is currently a small tank present at the front of the property as well. Ranch 83 has two tanks present and a mixed landscape. The open space would be perfect for a buyer eager to build a homesite with minimal clearing, livestock owners, or a hunter looking to plow food plots for the ultimate wildlife oasis.
The properties have been advertised together as they truly complement one another. Whether youre a hunter looking to draw in all the biggest bucks with a spring fed tank and lush food plots, a livestock owner looking for a place where your animals could thrive, or simply someone looking for the perfect weekend escape - these ranches wont disappoint.
