Ranch

This ranch is a hunters dream with outstanding white tail deer and an abundance of quail. The deer population has been managed. Ranch house has been well maintained and upgraded on the inside. Lake Ivy is three miles from the headquarters. Lake Ivy raw water line runs through property with taps which can be utilized for maintaining earth tanks even in drought conditions. The ranch currently has approximately twelve tanks with draws which hold water. Their are dog kennels which will hold seven dogs at the headquarters.
