Ranch is under Rainbow allotment north with Blm. It is allotted for 112 hd of cattle. All around a nice ranch with lots of potential. One of the few places left that hasnt been involved in a Nrcs equip program. Which makes it ideal for someone to customize this ranch to meet there specific needs. The 640 acres of deeded are located directly to the south east of the home on jinglebob ln. Mule deer are abundant as well as quail, javelina and dove.
