Quitman County Farm

This is one contiguous tract of land with approximately 320.4 acres of "cropland" lying West of Bobo Bayou, and approximately 80 acres of woodland lying East of Bobo Bayou. The cropland is non-irrigated currently although there are two irrigation well casings that could be brought back into use for future irrigation with possible land leveling to increase drainage and crop productivity.

The farm is in an area with a good history of duck and deer hunting. It has approximately 80 wooded acres which appear to be excellent deer an duck habitat. Additionally, the cropland fields can be leveled for improved crop production with irrigation and better water control for duck hunting. The Long-grain Rice and Soybean bases give the farm some additional income potential.
