Charles Springs is located approximately 5 miles west of Quailwood. This County Park consists of 5 acres of land along the Suwannee River. The small shallow spring has a diameter of about 25 feet and a depth of 2 10 feet. The area is heavily wooded and features a nice bluff overlooking the Suwannee River. There is a one lane, paved boat ramp and parking area and wooden steps leading down to the spring. The park is also along the Suwannee River Wilderness Trail route from White Springs to the mouth of the Suwannee at the Gulf of Mexico.

Quailwood - Estates 26 & 27 are mostly wooded in pine and hardwood trees. There is a driveway and a home site area cleared on each lot. The rest of property is wooded with oaks and hardwood trees. Electricity is available to the front of the property and the land is located on county maintained dirt road. There is no requirement or timetable to build. Mobile and Modular Homes are permitted. Farm animals are permitted.

There are NO DEED RESTRICTIONS on this property, but you must follow the building codes of Suwannee County when you do decide to build or make improvements.
