This tract is surrounded by properties and clubs (Coca Cola, Strait Lake, White Lake) that have incredibly strong waterfowl history and harvests. Approximately 50 acres of this tract is fully leveed with a well on site to pump anytime you desire with the remainder currently being in overflow woods. Mallards have been seen in the woods on both site visits (02/02/2024 & 02/08/2024) with plenty of feathers observed in both the field system and other locations within the timber indicating good numbers have been on the property.
